This auction is for a brand new with tags twisted wire Snaffle Bit with 4 1/2" Mouthpiece from Weaver Leather. This bit is perfect for those ponies who may not respond as well with a regular snaffle and who need a little more bite. These bits are perfect for teaching both the young and old pony to give to the bit and for those ponies who may be a little more pushy with their head. This bit will give them a more uncomfortable feeling when they try and push against your hands and will teach them to bend and flex at the poll without being too harsh on their mouth. Clinton Anderson recommends this type of bit for the more pushy headed horses/ponies who need to learn to soften.
